• Detailed design, Architectural specification and documentation for tender and construction to bring concepts into reality with economic and ecological costs considered

• Engaging with stakeholders to better understand how to meet expectations within the allocated funding

• Community Engagement

COMPLETION

• Inspection of works under construction and associated reporting 

• Post occupancy engagement to review the first year’s building operation

• Expert witness for building design related matters

• Administration of building contracts
