Knapsack Park, encircled by bushland is a picturesque sports field treasured by the local community and sports clubs.
The new clubhouse amenities and car park give the football and cricket clubs room to grow. The park now offers 3 lane competition grade cricket nets, 98 car parks, community room, storage, kiosk and change rooms, as well as informal open spaces. The building anchors the park and enjoys good visual connections to both the playing field and mini fields. The kiosk and covered outdoor space are particularly popular places to gather and watch the game. The design balances the requirements for tough and durable facilities while also celebrating the beauty of the natural bushland setting.
